Unique HMR Corrosion Protection

HMR750 Threads

We have developed a special method that allows us to efficiently coat the threads with zinc during our automated production, which corresponds to hot-dip galvanization according to DIN EN ISO 1461.

Advantages:

  • Application of a new method for corrosion protection
  • Protection period compliant with corrosivity category C3 high and C4 medium
  • In conjunction with the HMR Sealant, a protection period for the threads up to corrosion category C5 can be achieved
  • No brushing or re-tapping of excess zinc threads required
