Fare Pote'e im Vaitupa-Park auf Tahiti, Französisch-Polynesien

Fare Pote'e Vaitupa Park

Tahiti, French Polynesia

Cultural Monument

A Fare Pote'e is a traditional building in French Polynesia in the South Pacific. It used as a meeting place for the islanders or even as a temple.
On the island of Tahiti, the municipality of Faa'a has extensively redesigned the 30,000 square meter Tahua Motu Ovini - Vaitupa landscape park and converted it into a unique leisure and recreation area. In addition to numerous sports and playgrounds, a Fare Pote'e measuring around 600 square meters has also been built there (planned by Island Studio Architecture). The park is an attraction and meeting place for residents and tourists.
