Pedestrian / bicycle bridge

The orange and green coated pedestrian bridge is located on the very popular Kluczbork reservoir in Ligot Górna, Poland. It is 42 m long, 3.50 m wide and illuminated. Since the bridge was built, pedestrians and cyclists have been able to walk around the entire reservoir, a total of 3.5 km.

The reservoir itself was built between 2009 and 2012 as a retention basin for the Stobrawa River. It has now become a tourist attraction, with a sandy beach and swimming facilities, a playground and outdoor fitness equipment on one side of the lake and an elevated viewing platform on the other side. The fishing association also stocks the lake with fish for national fishing competitions.

  • Special HMR thread coating corresponding to hot-dip galvanising => high corrosion protection and durability of the systems
  • The rods were painted on-site
  • Application of HMR sealant for increased protection of threads up to corrosivity category C5 with high durability
