Rød-Lagerbygning Büro in Carlsberg-Byen Dänemark

Rød-Lagerbygning "Red warehouse"

Copenhagen - Carlsberg Byen, Denmark

Office building

The listed brick building in the Carlsberg Byen district of Copenhagen dates from 1883. In the 19th century it was used as a workshop and warehouse for the brewery. Today it is still in the immediate vicinity of the new Carlsberg headquarters.

Taking its history into account, the characteristic building has now been converted into a modern office complex with around 6,000 square meters of space. Through an extensive renovation, the facade was upgraded, the old cellars were integrated into the overall property and a new glass floor with a roof terrace was added to the old building.
